• Availability. Vehicles shown online may already be sold, reserved, or unavailable. A listing on the Site does not guarantee availability.
• Pricing. All prices are subject to change without notice and may not include taxes, title, registration fees, dealer documentation fees, or optional products and services.
• Photos & descriptions. Photos, features, and descriptions are for illustration purposes only and may not represent the exact vehicle, trim, color, or equipment currently available.

Any quote, estimate, or payment calculation provided through the Site is an approximation only and is not a final contract or finance offer. Final pricing, fees, and terms will be confirmed in a signed purchase or lease agreement.

The Site may allow you to request a test drive, book an appointment, submit a trade-in inquiry, or provide information for financing.

• Test drives & appointments. All scheduling requests are subject to our confirmation, vehicle availability, and your eligibility (such as a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance).
• Financing. Financing is provided by third-party lenders. Pre-qualification or pre-approval results are not guaranteed offers of credit. Final terms, rates, and approvals are determined by the lender, based on their own criteria.
• Trade-in evaluations. Any trade-in value provided online is a preliminary estimate and not a final offer. Actual trade-in value will be determined after in-person inspection of your vehicle, review of title status, mileage, condition, accident history, and current market conditions.

By submitting information through the Site, you represent that all details are true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

When you submit a form, schedule a visit, or otherwise provide your contact information, you may choose to receive communications from us by phone, email, and SMS text message.

By providing your mobile number and explicitly opting in (for example, by checking a consent box next to the SMS disclosure), you agree that:

• Auto Dealer Startup may send you recurring text messages related to your inquiries, appointments, vehicle purchases, service reminders, financing options, and promotional offers.

Not a condition of purchase

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may modify or update these Terms at any time. When we do, the "Effective date" at the top of this page will be revised. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
